It's Been A Long Time Coming Guys ;) NAILPORN!!!

So it's that time again, where I apologize for being a lazy bum and not keeping you guys updated with what's taking place in Cupid's life! *clears throat* Yeah, I'm sorry init...

But what do I have installed for you guys?! :D The last two months have been cray cray yo!! Firstly had to say my farewells to New Look (finally) I don't miss it! So yeah my last post about the outfits and the interview with Sophy Robson, well yeah I got the job and I'm officially one of her nail techs, some of you may be thinking like erm ok whatever no biggie, well my friends this means I get to work on CELEBS as well as you lovely people! The nerve racking moment when they tell you what they want done and your like :/ damn I have to be SICK at this, otherwise I'm dead meat! Well I get that before every client but then they are so astonished at my art work (if I have to say so myself.) Trust me I'm not one to brag, but sometimes I can give my self a bit of credit, just sometimes! Most of the time I'm like WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS S***?!?!?! Even though everyone's like WOW...Like I said I don't like to brag.
So let me take ya'll on a journey with pictures of what's been nailed! :)

I Whore For The Jubilee

Hey guys!

Guess what. New post. New purchases :)

First up we have a vest from 'iwhoretees'. 

I was browsing instagram last night and came across the vest I'm about to show you. I'll be honest I've been kind of steering away from the whole 'Union Jack/crown/we love the Queen' thing. But this vest was love at first sight. It's provocative (due to the placement of the crowns) yet not revealing.

Although the top was designed by 'iwhoretees', this top is sold exclusively at the 'Rock and Rule' pop up shop at 34 Marshall Street. It's only 30 seconds walk from Carnaby Street. I went today after work and although I had my heart firmly set on this top, I loved nearly everything else there. Two of the designers (including FlyWearSociety) were in the shop at the time and I had a little chat with them about some of their exclusive items and I really recommend that you guys go and take a look...it's only there until Wednesday! So this post is just about me being a greedy bitch really. It's a list of things I want, and if I have my way I'll have at least 3 of them before the month is out lol. Which obviously won't happen since everyone knows that I'm on teaching assistants wages.

I know the whole 'Brit theme' can come across a bit cheesy, but I think that if you're going to go for it, this is miles better than the Union Jack.

It's a bit pricey for a clutch bag but what girl doesn't love tassels?!

'Slight Work'

So this post is just going to be a bunch of stuff...but I'll start of with my #FOTD (face of the day).

I went for a summery look today. Go figure.

Because I can't dress as I would like to for work, I often find myself doing something fun with my make-up. Today I went for quite a bold look; strong eyebrows, smoky-ish eyes, and muted pink ombre lips (which I may do a tutorial on soon)

I now store all my make up and brushes in this new case that I picked up from Primark on Friday. It's actually meant to be £5, but the one I picked up off the shelf had the wrong label on it, which read £2 on it! It's pretty safe to say that I didn't not notify them of their mistake and left a happy customer lol.

The make up I used on my face today.

From left to right:

- Rimmel Volume Flash Mascara in 'Extra Black'

- GOSH Long Lasting Brow Pen in 'Dark Brown'

- NYX Slim Eye Pencil in 'Black'

- NYX Full Coverage Concealer in 'Tan'

- Estee Lauder Invisible Fluid Foundation - shade 5WN1

- CoverGirl Blusher (I can't remember the shade and it's come off the bottom lol) 

I usually use all of these Topshop brushes when applying make-up.

1) For applying concealer underneath my eyebrows.

2) For blending in the concealer once I have applied it underneath my eyebrow.

3) It's a foundation brush but I use it to apply concealer underneath my eyes.

4) I use this blusher brush to apply either blusher or bronzer to my cheeks.

5) This is a powder brush but I use it to apply my foundation in horizontal sweeping motions. So far it's my favourite way to apply it.

To be honest, I'm actually quite embarrassed that I use so many products on my face -_-

I was out on Saturday and here's a bit of what I wore and a bit of what happened. The pictures of my outfit aren't that great. Sorry guys!

Caipirinha from Las Iguana's. The amount of ice in this is a little bit ridiculous. But it was good :)

Me wearing Kwame's glasses. I don't know if I could get away with these on a daily basis though...

And last but not least, I have to mention the Watch The Throne concert last night. People were not overhyping it, it literally was the best concert I've ever been to and I don't think I'll EVER forget it. No exaggeration.
