As some of you may know, it was my birthday last week. So I decided to take some of my birthday cash and splash out on some really unnecessary items lol. So here goes...
1.
Am I the only person that thinks that Converses are EXTREMELY overpriced these days? When did this happen? Lol. The only reason I spent so much on a pair of Converses is because they are leather; so they'll last longer and I'll be able to wipe them clean instead of the dirt soaking into the fabric. I've always had dark coloured Converses, this is my first light pair and I'm really looking forward to wearing them :)
P.S. They're exclusive to Office

I really, really, REALLY had no intention of buying a bag today. Like no intention whatsoever. But when I saw this I couldn't resist. If you know me, then you know that I've been carrying my black, suede studded shopper ever since I got it back in December. I'm really sick of lugging that big thing around now and plus I think I'm everybody is just sick of looking at it now lol. So I decided to get a bag that felt really summery and light. I love the colour since I usually always carry black bags and I also love that fact that it goes over my shoulder (it'll be perfect for Wireless next month).

I bought this to wear at work, since almost everything I seem to wear seems to be black, white or grey. It's very summery and I'll probably wear this with a black tube skirt and my Chelsea boots.

Grey Cardigan with Elbow Patches from Zara - £19.99
This is also something I got to wear to work. Its pretty standard but its one of those staples that you'll always want to grab out of the wardrobe in the morning. I know I could have got one for half the price from H&M...but I've never had something with elbow patches before and I really wanted it lol. This comes in a few colours including a darker grey, black, chocolate brown and beige. I can't find them on the website but they are definitely still in store.

Words can not even describe how happy I am to finally have my hands on this lipstick! I've had a couple of red lipsticks before (Collection 2000 and Sleek) but somehow, they've never truly satisfied me. I've heard about how amazing Ruby Woo is for a while now, but it's only after I swatched it on my hand, that I got what all the fuss is about. It's the perfect kind of red, bright yet not over-powering. It also has a matte finish, which is something I've never tried in a lipstick before but I'm really looking forward to it. I think this will really help me when I'm trying to recreate the 1950s look.
Lots of love...
